PEV Works: Comprehensive PEV Repair and Maintenance Services
Located at 2256 Palou Ave, San Francisco, CA 94124, PEV Works is your trusted destination for professional repair and maintenance services for all types of personal electric vehicles (PEVs). We specialize in electric scooters, e-bikes, electric unicycles (EUCs), electric skateboards, and more. Our experienced technicians, advanced diagnostic tools, and commitment to quality ensure your ride gets the best care possible.
We handle everything from flat tire repairs to brake adjustments. For scooters, we offer tire changes ($125 for full-service or $100 if you bring the tire in), tubeless plugs ($50), brake repairs (pad replacements, calipers, levers, hydraulic bleeding), and rotor adjustments or replacements. For e-bikes, our services include flat tire and tube replacements, derailleur adjustments, bottom bracket swaps, and chain lubing. Rear repairs often cost more due to the extra labor required for drivetrain adjustments. EUC services include tire and tube changes starting at $150, with additional care for bent rotors or complex designs.
We also offer a 45-minute diagnostic service for troubleshooting unknown errors on any PEV. This includes a full inspection of components and recommendations for necessary repairs or replacements (parts billed separately). If parts need to be ordered, we’ll provide a URL for purchase and hold your vehicle beyond our 48-hour storage terms if you provide a tracking number within 24 hours. While we do our best to fix every issue, some complex problems may be beyond repair; in such cases, we may offer store credit toward a new vehicle purchase (excluding promotional sales).
In addition to repairs, we provide services for electric skateboards, OneWheels, and electric motorcycles like Surrons and Talarias. Our shop also offers PEV rentals, EUC training, and memberships for access to our lounge, charging stations, and workshop space.
