$150 for 45 minutes of expert diagnostics

Got an unknown issue with your personal electric vehicle? Our team specializes in diagnosing and resolving problems for electric scooters, unicycles, e-bikes, and more. With years of experience and advanced tools, we’ll do everything possible to get your ride back on the road.

What’s Included:

• 45 minutes of in-depth diagnostics to identify unknown errors
• Inspection of all components, including motor, battery, wiring, and control systems
• Replacement of faulty parts when necessary (parts billed separately)
• Detailed recommendations and next steps

Parts Ordering:

• If parts need to be ordered, we’ll provide a URL or website link for your convenience.
• Provide us with a tracking number within 24 hours, and if the parts have a reasonable shipping time, we’ll waive storage fees beyond the 48-hour term while your vehicle is waiting.

• We utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and extensive knowledge to troubleshoot even the most complex issues.
• While we do our absolute best, some problems may be beyond repair. In these cases:
  • We may offer a store credit refund toward the purchase of a new vehicle (excludes heavy promotional sales).
