We want to partner and expand our service across the country. We hope to open a retail shop or service center near you soon!

We have a few vetted third-party repair shops (non-Alien Rides) available for customers who are not near our main Alien Rides location in San Francisco. If you need to use one of these shops, prior authorization from Alien Rides is required before any work is done.
In certain cases, we may cover the labor costs, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis. Authorization must be obtained beforehand to ensure coordination between the third-party repair center and Alien Rides. Please note, this is not a guarantee that we will cover any third-party repair costs; it depends on the nature of your warranty repair and our approval process.
