Custom Lithium Ion Battery Builds - Complex Shapes Design Fee

Consultation Fee for Complex Shapes:

We charge a $100 consultation fee for complex shapes requiring intricate design and fitting. This fee covers the initial design work and consultation. If you decide to move forward with the build, this fee will be fully credited toward the final cost of your battery.

Pricing: 

Simple Shapes (Square or Rectangle):
For straightforward designs that require no particular configuration, we charge $12 to $13 per cell. This includes the BMS, shrink wrap, and most wire connectors. There’s no additional design fee for these shapes if you provide clear dimensions, the connectors needed, and the max width, length, and height.  Imagine you are to cut a single piece of lumber to fit in your Device battery compartment.  We need those dimensions.  Please tell us also if the connectors need to stick out a specific part of the pack.

Complex Shapes:
For custom shapes that are more challenging and require precise fitting, our pricing ranges from $13 to $15 per cell. This price includes the BMS, shrink wrap, and most wire connectors.
